bite

Bite into your gum and chew until you feel a tingle (Remember: Don’t eat 15 mins before or during).

park

Park it between your cheek and gums until the tingle fades.

step 3

repeat

Resume chewing until the tingle returns, then park it again. Repeat until there’s no tingle (around 20 minutes).

  • Weeks 1-6 : Chew 1 every 1-2 hours
  • Weeks 7-9 : Chew 1 every 2-4 hours
  • Weeks 10-12 : Chew 1 every 4-8 hours
